You can return your item within 3 days of delivery if it meets the following conditions:
The product is unused and in original condition.
The product is in its original packaging with all manuals, parts, and accessories.
Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is provided.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or refund.
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
Opened headphones or ear cushions (for hygiene reasons).
Digital codes or downloadable software.
Items marked as “Final Sale.”
To initiate a return:
Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
Our support team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with shipping instructions.
Pack the item securely and include all original packaging and documents.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If the refund does not appear after 10 business days, contact your bank or card issuer — sometimes processing takes additional time.
We only replace defective or damaged products. To exchange an item for the same model, contact us within 3 days of delivery.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll verify and send a replacement at no additional cost.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 days:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company.
Then contact your bank.
